Valentines Lifestyle Picks

Valentines Lifestyle Picks

Valentines shmalentines. Are you ready for another V day post? Well buckle up because here it is, my final lovers post for the year!

Today I’m running through my favourite cupid picks for everything! A lifestyle compilation of my favourite romantic songs, movie and food. Hell yeah I went there, it’s pretty much a known fact that food is the ultimate way to a man (or girls) heart so it’s only appropriate that I add some in here for you. Plus, who doesn’t like food?!!?? Now don’t fool yourself into thinking you can only eat, read & listen to these picks on Valentines day, because isn’t the case at all. In fact, I do all of the below regularly BUT if you’re looking for some inspiration for Feb 14th then this ones for you!

How Long Will I Love You – Ellie Goulding
This and the next song – which is also by Ellie Goulding – are ‘our songs’. Our being myself and Haden’s fave tracks.

Your Song – Ellie Goulding
There are so many other versions of this – the original being from Sir Elton John

Dream a little dream of me – Ella Fitzgerald

The way you look tonight – Frank Sinatra
Another Classic.

Literally anything by Ed Sheeran

Naked – Ella Mai

Make you feel my love – Adele

Stay – Rihanna ft Mikky Ekko

Valentines Day

Love, Rosie.
This was a winner with Haden too!

The Vow.
Based on a true story. One of my favs that isn’t too corny.

Music and Lyrics.
TBH the soundtrack for this movie is better than the movie itself but who can pass up a Drew film anyway!?

Wolf of Wall Street.
I know, not your typical valentines movie but a total winner for both you and your guy plus there are some romantic and lustful bits in there too.

I mean come on the first few scenes with Ellie and Carl are the cutest and saddest love scenes you will ever see in your lifetime.

Bacon Roses.
Your man will thank you for it. Unless he’s vegetarian. In which case, tofu fixes everything.

Strawberries and Chocolate.

Chop off the tops, stick them on a skewer and drizzle some chocolate on those babies.

I didn’t add a beauty category to this post because I recently did a whole dedicated post to them here – so if you want to see what products I’ll be using on V-Day then click onthat link and it will take you straight to it!

What are your fave romantic picks in any category?

Until next time,

Love, Angela xx.
