HEALTHY VS. SKINNY

Once upon a time in a not so distant past, I was the size of a model and yet I ate larger servings of extremely unhealthy meals than that of my father.
Now however, I eat healthy portioned meals (bar an occasional small treat) and weigh over 15kgs more! ugh, figures.

Having said that, I am happier in my self, healthier and fitter than I have ever been so really a few kilos extra hasn’t fazed me too much up until this point . But it’s time to go!

My goal is to drop down a whole dress size ( or two hopefully) by my birthday which is only 2 months away. It sounds achievable, but the thought of Christmas feasts and new years champers could make this slightly more challenging that originally thought. Nonetheless I am determined.

To give you a better insight, these are two pictures showing the difference.

By no means am I saying i’m fat or overweight! I’m certainly not fat and i’m in the healthy weight range for my height and age, but going down a few for summer definitely wouldn’t hurt.

So as a way to motivate myself and maybe even some of you, i’ll be posting whatever inspires me, motivates me or gets me moving!
